Returns are a significant cost burden for sellers and our environment, accounting for $5 billion worth of loss nationwide. Sending packages back and forth increases your carbon footprint. At Faceplant we try to decrease the need for waste by providing eco-friendly fabrics that stretch with you. Our sizing provides a flexible fit and its cozy whether it fits a little tighter or looser.

If you just aren’t happy with your purchase, however, we make returns and exchanges easy on you.

We take pride in your satisfaction and welcome the opportunity to make things right. We’re sticklers for quality. One of our team members inspects every item that leaves our warehouse. It’s unlikely you’ll receive damaged goods, but we sometimes make mistakes. Maybe the color didn’t work for you, or you gifted the wrong size. That’s why we make returns and exchanges easy.

FREE EXCHANGES + RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS WITH NO RESTOCKING FEES WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT ON ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

*Follow the steps above to receive your Store Credit. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Most returns and exchanges receive the store credit. On rare occasions, mismatched IP or physical address to credit card may result in credit being held until return is received at our warehouse. Upon receipt and processing, store credit will be emailed.

WHETHER YOU RETURN OR EXCHANGE, YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. We provide size charts and fit guides to help you choose. But if you were gifted a style that just isn’t your style or there’s a little too much wiggle room in your new nightgown, we’re happy to help. Sending your return or exchange back to us is free and easy within 30 days. We do not issue refunds, but store credits only. We know it’s easy to forget about a store credit, so don’t delay. *International, Puerto Rico, APO, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free returns and exchanges. Please note that free exchanges are allowed only 1 Time Per Item. Subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges.

 

A: BEST OPTION: FIND SOMETHING NEW TODAY!

Enter order number and shipping address and click “start here”. Select the eligible items you would like to return or exchange and proceed with return. you will the be prompted with a question to return for store credit OR "SHOP NOW". Then SHOP ‘til you drop! Make your selections and we’ll automatically apply an instant credit for the items you’re returning.  You will receive a Store Credit if the item is lower in value or have the option to pay for an item that is higher in value. Voila! Once return package has been scanned by courier- your new goodies will be sent. Now return what didn’t work out. When you complete the returns process, simply download and print the prepaid USPS return label and send your package. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package. You will receive an email with tracking details within 2 business days and your order in 5-8 business days.

OPTION B: EXCHANGES

Enter order number and shipping address and click “start here”. Select the eligible items you would like exchange and choose the “exchange” option. Please note that exchanges are offered only for the same item in a different size and/or color. Select your size and color. Voila! Your new goodies will be sent. Now return what didn’t work out. When you complete the exchange process, simply download and print the prepaid USPS return label and send your exchange package. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package. You will receive an email with tracking details within 2 business days and your order in 5-8 business days. 

OPTION C: RETURNS

Please remember that we issue store credit only for returns. We know it’s easy to forget about a store credit, so we suggest the “find something new today” option. There’s loads to love, but if you’re just not feeling it today and want to bank your store credit, Click  Faceplant Returns + Exchange Center,  enter order number and shipping address and click “start here”. Select the eligible items you would like to return and choose the “return” option.  When you complete the process, simply download and print the prepaid USPS return label and send your return package. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package. You will receive a store credit that never expires. Please make note of your voucher code and return when you’re ready to try us on again.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN + EXCHANGE PERIOD

Holiday Season starts on November 1 and ends on December 31 each year. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a Store Credit within 30 days or by January 15th, whichever is later.

 

PURCHASES FROM OUR RETAIL PARTNERS

Faceplant is sold through about 1,500 specialty boutiques throughout the country. Items purchased through one of our retail partners are ineligible for returns or exchanges on our system. Please contact your local retailer directly and refer to their Return/Exchange policies.

 

UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS

We do not sell on E-bay or other auction sites nor do we authorize our partners to sell there. Goods purchased there could be black market and not authentic Faceplant product quality.

 

SENDING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE: WHAT TO INCLUDE

Returns + Exchange requests must include the packing list provided by either option A, B or C above. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Packages received without this packing list are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

ADDITIONAL DOMESTIC RETURN DETAILS

  • Store credits are issued for all exchanges + returns. Refunds are not issued.
  • Store Credit value is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Items past the 30-day return policy, free gifts with purchase, BOGO sale items, or items sold from our Final Few Collection, are ineligible for return or exchange. If an item is ineligible for return it will be greyed out on the returns form.
  • On rare occasions, mismatched IP or physical address to credit card may result in credit being held until return is received at our warehouse. Upon receipt and processing, store credit will be emailed.
  • Please allow 5-8 business days for return processing.
  • Store credits do not expire.
