Madison Marilla is a warm-hearted, uniquely talented jewelry designer, doll collector, and country-music lover who first captured hearts as a breakout star on season 3 of the Netflix docuseries Love on the Spectrum

Now living in Tampa, Madison regularly visits her parents on beautiful Anna Maria Island — places that also anchor the heart of Faceplant Dreams. Our company is based in Tampa, and my own family home is on Anna Maria, so when I first saw Madison on the show, I felt an instant connection. Her authenticity and pure joy leapt off the screen. When I later discovered that we shared mutual friends in both Tampa and Anna Maria, I was almost starstruck at the chance to meet such an inspiring young woman.

One of my greatest joys at Faceplant Dreams is supporting and collaborating with young creative women — women who chase their dreams with curiosity, passion, and fearless self-expression. When I finally met Madison and her family, I hoped my experience might offer guidance as they continue growing the production and distribution of her thriving jewelry business, Madizen®, and its iconic heart logo.

But shortly after she stepped through our door, I realized she had just as much to teach me. Her creativity, already evident from the series, revealed even greater depth in person. During our conversation, I asked her to share something about her artistic dreams that hadn’t made it to Netflix. Without hesitation, she told me they had cut an entire episode about sewing — and her lifelong dream of becoming a fashion designer. Mic drop. My own dreams, spoken by another young woman, and I knew instantly we were destined for friendship.

We moved quickly from inspiration to creation. Madison shared her design vision, including a bold color choice — one typically outside Faceplant’s neutral Luxury Lounge palette. But paired with her love of Christmas and Valentine’s Day, she was absolutely right. And so, the Madizen® Red Dress was born.

This stunning piece blends Madison’s designer’s eye with Faceplant Dreams’ signature fabric and fit — luxurious comfort with heart, spirit, and story woven into every seam.

Two women. Two brands. Two stories — united by creativity, community, and a shared commitment to making the world a little more beautiful. This collaboration was born from love, and we’re deeply honored to bring Madison’s vision to life within the Faceplant Dreams Collection.
