What is Faceplant Dreams?

Faceplant Dreams is luxury loungewear made from sustainably and organically grown bamboo fibers.  We custom knit all of our fabrics for an unbelievably soft, smooth and breathable finish. Soothing color palettes and classic silhouettes are uniquely designed to improve sleep quality. 

Do you have a physical store?

Faceplant Dreams does not own retail stores. You will find our collections offered in spas, resorts and   better boutiques nationwide. Locate a store near you here.

How can I reach customer service?

For questions or concerns, email love@faceplantdreams.com or call us at  (813) 443-4888. We answer our phones and return emails promptly, during our business hours of 9-5 EST Mon, Tues  and Thurs, , 1-5 on Weds  and 9-1 on Fridays. Or you can expect a prompt response the next business day.

Why bamboo?

Faceplant Bamboo(™) is good for your skin and the environment. It  starts with sustainably and organically grown bamboo that is processed and knitted into an exceptionally soft and smooth fabric that is breathable, light weight and temperature regulating. It draws moisture away from the skin, which means no more night sweats!

What makes Faceplant bamboo better?

We’ve researched long and hard to learn that not all bamboo fabrics are created equal. Other bamboo brands use fabrics they buy from the open marketplace whereas we knit our own using a finer denier of yarn. Similar to higher thread counts in cotton, our process gives Faceplant bamboo fabrics a smoother and longer lasting finish that allows it to be laundered without pilling. We use a more eco-friendly closed loop process and our fabrics are biodegradable and Oeko-Tex certified. Our quality is proven to improve your sleep quality.

How do I maintain my bamboo for everlasting luxury?

All bamboo pieces are not created equal. Exact fiber content and care instructions for each piece are posted on the product listing of our website and on the care label found in your garment. Most of our bamboo items can be turned inside out,  machine washed on gentle cycle and machine dried with low heat with beautiful results. The Plush Collection is the only collection we recommend to hand wash and dry flat for best results. Please check individual product postings and care labels for more details.

What is your sheet thread count?

Faceplant uses true 300 thread count fabric for our cooling sateen sheet sets.  (Click here  for a better understanding of  thread counts.) We use sustainably and organically grown bamboo fibers in our sheets and we follow Oeko-Tex® 100 standards, assuring you your sheets are free from harmful chemical residue.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used for purchases on our website. You can buy and redeem gift cards directly here.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes from women’s XS (in select styles and colors) to XL. Use our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit. Our fabric is forgiving with a lot of wiggle room so if you like a closer fit, you’ll be comfortable even if you size down.

Where is Faceplant Dreams made?

Faceplant Dreams  is a woman-owned company designed in Ybor City, FL. We manufacture our products with select ethical partners  in China, the world’s leader in sustainably grown bamboo fibers.  We have long term relationships with and personally visit our  production partners who  are committed and conscientious members of their communities.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Every item shipped from our warehouse has been thoroughly inspected for quality and production consistency. We are still human and occasionally errors can slip through, however we will always make things right. Have you received something defective or in error? Visit our returns and exchange center here.

Are you currently offering any promotions or discounts?

We rarely offer discounts, but signing up for our emails and text messages ensures that you’ll be the first to know about exclusive offers and updates. You can sign up here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, GPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, and even Venmo.

Can I redeem multiple discount codes on my order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Choose the code that offers the best value for your purchase and shop away.

When will my card be charged?

For credit card purchases, your card will be charged immediately after you click “checkout”, using secure PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant practices. We never have access to your card information and it will not be stored for future charges.

What is ShopPay?

ShopPay is a third party online checkout service, partnered with Affirm, and offered by Shopify, that works like a credit card with more leniency, security, and availability. With ShopPay/Affirm, you can split the total cost of your purchase into 4 biweekly installments or monthly payments, where available. After setting up an account with them, you’ll pay your first installment at checkout, and your order will ship immediately. Remaining payments are automatically collected by ShopPay/Affirm through Shopify. Customer payment information is always encrypted, securely stored and only available to stores when an order is placed. Interest rates can range from 0% APR to 36% APR, depending on various factors. ORDERS

How do I place an order and where?

You can start by browsing our website to find the right collection or style for you. Once you  select your preferred size and color, add to cart. When you’re finished shopping, click the cart button in the upper right corner to  proceed to checkout. You can pay using PayPal, ApplyPay, MetaPay, ShopPay, GooglePay, or any major credit card.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We typically ship our orders within one business day. Changes can be made to orders that have yet to be processed or shipped. If you need to modify your order, please send us an email at love@faceplantdreams.com or give us a call at (813) 443-4888 promptly, for the best and most efficient service. Feel free to leave us a message if you call outside of our business hours  or on the weekend, and we will surely respond the next business day.

I’m purchasing a gift for someone, can I leave a note on the order?

Yes, you can add a gift note during checkout. Your order will be packaged and sent with the note.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our facility within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by location and method. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5  business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. To place an international order, please contact us via email at love@faceplantdreams.com or phone at (813) 443-4888.

International shipments are subject to duties and/or clearance fees upon arrival that are charged by your local government. These fees cannot be estimated or charged up front and are not controlled by Faceplant, Shopify or any other associated re-sellers. Declared value is figured out prior to any discounts. Canada customers only can click here to estimate duty and taxes for your order.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We ship through USPS and FedEx. Use the tracking number provided to locate your order on its way to you, with our shipping partner’s website.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged... Help!

After your package is turned over to a shipper, you can initiate a lost or delayed packaged inquiry with the shipper. Once it’s left our building, the shipper will have the most updated details regarding your package and when to expect it. Please note that Faceplant is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, address errors, or theft after delivery.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Need a different color or size?

Use our Returns & Exchange Center portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select an exchange for a different color or size. Start your exchange here.

What is your holiday gift return/exchange policy?

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, returns or exchanges are eligible for store credit within 30 days or by January 15th, whichever is later. Visit our Returns & Exchange Center for more information.

Can I return a gift?

You can return or exchange gifts without notifying the gift-giver. Use our  Returns & Exchange Center to begin the process.

If I did not purchase my order from FaceplantDreams.com, can I make a return or exchange here?

Purchases must be returned or exchanged with the seller (retail store or other website) from which you purchased your items. We are unable to process a return that wasn’t purchased directly from us.
