Order Processing Times:

 Please note that orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until Monday. At Faceplant we focus on providing a luxurious Lounge and Leisure experience and do not operate over the weekend.


Shipping Methods:

Standard and upgraded orders may be shipped via USPS or FedEx.

PO Box addresses will only ship via USPS.

Expedited packages will be sent via FedEx 2-Day.


Free Shipping: 

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States! For international, Alaskan, or Hawaiian orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.


International Shipping: 

We ship from Tampa, Florida, and international orders may incur duties and/or clearance fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and cannot be estimated or pre-paid. Please be aware that the declared value of the package is calculated before any discounts are applied.

Package Delivery Issues:

If you received a shipping confirmation but encounter issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly (FedEx or USPS).
