Full Return Policy
  • Our return policy applies only to product purchased directly from Faceplantdreams.com.
  • Product purchased in a retail store or other online retailer must be returned or exchanged through that retailer. 
  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
  • Items marked Final Sale/Final Few cannot be returned.
  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
  • Returns to original payment are subject to a shipping and restocking service fee. Fee is calculated during the return process based on the value of your return and includes a free return label. 
  • FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Avoid all return fees and receive free return shipping If you select Store Credit as your method of return payment.
Returns Process & Refunds
  • Once you have completed your return online, you will be emailed your Return Label.
  • Your package can be delivered to any USPS location within 14 days from creating your label.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
  • Where product is exchanged, replacement product will be shipped once your return order is received and inspected. If there is remaining credit after your exchanged, we’ll issue a Faceplant Dreams gift card for the difference.
  • Where returns are processed for store credit, a Faceplant Dreams gift card will be issued once your return order is received and inspected.
  • Returns to original payment will be processed once your return order is received and inspected.
  • This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
  • Please note that refunds to original payment can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, your refund/exchange will be rejected and product will be donated or destroyed.
